Transforming Lives. Building Great Careers in Tech Sales.

The tech industry offers some of the fastest-growing and in-demand employment opportunities today, but these opportunities have been unequal and exclusionary—especially for people of color and people without 4-year degrees.

BIT knows that the best way to reduce inequality, drive better employment outcomes, and grow your career is with job-specific training. With this partnership, selected BIT and OneTen applicants will gain sponsored access at no cost to Uvaro’s catalog of rapid upskilling courses for sales and customers success roles, workshops, on-demand training, and 24 months of career support — all designed to help you advance your career in tech.

Tech Sales Foundations (12 Week)

For 12 weeks, 2 hours daily, seasoned instructors will work with your cohort to teach all the skills needed for a successful career in B2B tech sales. You’ll also get 5+ hours of guided independent study with cutting-edge tools.

You’ll have the skills and tools you need to dive into a Business Development Rep, Sales Development Rep, or Jr. Account Executive role with confidence.
