Full Scholarships for Tech Nanodegree Program

for African Americans in Metro Dallas

PNC and the Blacks In Technology Foundation are partnering to offer 30 fully funded Udacity scholarships to train and empower members of the African American community of greater Dallas to reshape the tech industry.

The tech industry offers some of the fastest growing and in-demand employment opportunities today. We’re committed to ensuring that everyone has access to these same opportunities to build higher levels of diversity in Dallas’s talent pipelines.

PNC and the Blacks In Technology Foundation are teaming up to offer the Nanodegree Scholarship Program, which aims to advance a diverse workforce and contribute to the region’s overall growth by giving members of the African American community in Dallas family-sustaining and generational-wealth-building opportunities.

Scholarship Process

APPLICATION
Applications are open from January 9, 2023 to January 31, 2023.

SCHOLARSHIP NANODEGREE PROGRAM
Students will be chosen for a full scholarship. They will be notified February 1, 2023 and have access to the Scholarship Nanodegree Program starting February 13, 2023.

GRADUATION
Students will receive an official certificate after completing the Scholarship Nanodegree Program.

CAREER SUPPORT
After graduation, scholarship recipients will continue to be a part of Blacks In Technology’s community and have access to more skills-building opportunities.

Self-paced learning – whenever and wherever you want. Graduate while learning part-time for 10 hrs/week.

I understand scholarship recipients must be at least 18 years of age and confirm that I am 18 years old or older; I understand that if I receive this scholarship, my fees for the sponsored program (and no other Udacity program) will be covered for the duration of the sponsored program period and there is no cash alternative to the scholarship or right to refund; I understand that residents of a restricted country designated by the United States Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control are not eligible for this scholarship; I agree that I am not a resident in any country that is restricted by such regulations.
