BIT Membership Qualifications:

  • Identify as Black or of African descent
  • Work for (or aspire to work for) a tech company
  • Are currently in a technical occupation 
  • Educate and advise technologists or influence technology industry policy 

Select a chapter in a region closest to you to receive information on local events, programs, and other member specific benefits. If there isn’t a local BIT chapter in your region, you may join as a “Member At Large”.

Do not submit multiple applications. Applications are reviewed weekly and in may take up to 5-7 business days for your application to be reviewed.
